Who We Are

Jacky Huang, CFA, is the Founder and Principal of Diamond H Financial. He holds a Bachelor of Economics in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS), as well as a Master of Science in Finance from Fordham University Graduate School of Business. With more than 15 years of experience spanning commercial real estate, capital markets, financial compliance, and EB-5 investment advisory, Jacky has worked on commercial real estate and EB-5 projects representing more than $800 million in total capitalization across major U.S. markets. His expertise includes project evaluation, financial modeling, capital structuring, due diligence, asset management, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment.

Throughout his career, Jacky has advised developers, investors, lenders, regional centers, and project sponsors on commercial real estate investments, project financing, and EB-5 offerings. His background includes private equity and M&A transactions, investor relations, capital raising, and financial compliance. By combining institutional finance expertise with practical real estate experience, Jacky provides independent, data-driven advisory services that help clients structure transactions, manage risk, and achieve their strategic investment objectives.
